Advanced Athlete Training
For athletes who already have experience training at The Barn or in a structured strength and conditioning program. High-energy, high-expectation class where athletes are challenged to maximize their potential, refine skills, and continue building strength, speed, and confidence.
Developmental / Mixed Athlete
Built for athletes new to training or still developing their foundation, along with younger athletes who benefit from more coaching and attention to detail. Focus on lifting technique, weight room confidence, coordination, and strong work habits.
Foundation & Performance
Mirrors our highly successful afternoon sessions. Built for athletes who want to become stronger, faster, and more explosive. Mobility, agility, change of direction, strength development, and athletic performance — the foundation of long-term success.
9 & Under Speed and Agility
Designed for young athletes to build speed, agility, and coordination in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment. Speed and acceleration, change of direction, body control, and fun competitive drills that build confidence and fundamental skills.
10 & Over Open Gym
Unsupervised open gym time for athletes 10 and older to work on their own goals, shoot around, train, or get extra reps in. Also serves as a makeup option when an older athlete can't attend one of their early classes — not intended as a regular schedule replacement.
Small Group Strength & Conditioning
One-hour workouts focused on weight lifting and functional movement. For all ages and fitness levels. Build real strength, improve functional movements, and get a comprehensive fitness experience without the big-box gym noise.
