Got questions?

Do I really not have to put in a card?
No card, no payment info, nothing. Just your contact info so we can confirm your sessions. At the end of the week we'll check in — if you want to sign up, great. If not, no pressure.
How many classes can I take?
As many as fit in 7 days for your chosen program. Adult members can come every day we run classes. Athlete programs follow their normal class schedule.
What if I've never lifted before?
Perfect — that's what coaching is for. Every movement is scaled and cued. We work with people brand new to training all the time.
What should I bring?
Workout clothes, training shoes, and a water bottle. We've got everything else.
Can I bring my kid for the youth or athlete program?
Yes — pick the right program in the form and we'll schedule them. Parents are welcome to watch any session.
What happens after the free week?
We follow up. If you want to join, we'll get you on a month-to-month membership. No contracts, no auto-enroll. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings — you got a full week of free coaching.
