EAP Unlimited
Unlimited access to all Elite Athlete Performance classes. Speed, agility, plyometric, strength training. Athletes 10 and up.
Adult Unlimited
Unlimited small-group adult classes. One-hour sessions focused on weight lifting and functional movement. All levels welcome.
EAP 2x / Week
Two Elite Athlete Performance classes per week. Same programming, dialed-in volume. Athletes 10 and up.
Youth Speed & Strength
Up to three speed, agility, and strength classes per week, built for young athletes ages 6 and up. 45-minute sessions designed to build coordination, confidence, and a real foundation.
1:1 Training
Twelve hour-long sessions, one-on-one with a professional trainer. Track your progress, advance your goals, train with intent.
Semi-Private Training
Your own custom program, run alongside others doing theirs. All the personalization of 1:1 with the energy of a small group. Coach-led the whole way.
