Counts as their last school period — replaces their PE credit

Built for the next level.

Four coached sessions a week, all school year long. Every block is engineered around what a 7th–9th grade athlete needs to compete in high school athletics.

01

Strength, Speed & Explosive Power

Progressive strength training, sprint mechanics, and plyometrics that build real, measurable athletic output.

02

Injury Prevention & Mobility

Movement quality, mobility work, and prehab built into every week — so athletes stay on the field, court, and mat.

03

Leadership, Discipline & Confidence

High standards, accountability, and a team environment that builds the character high school coaches notice.

04

School-Year Programming

Nine months of consistent, periodized programming, September through May — not random workouts. Athletes build on every single block.

Common questions.

Who is the Elite Academy for?
Athletes in 7th–9th grade who are serious about preparing for high school athletics. Sessions run Monday–Thursday at 2:15 PM — the last period of the school day.
How does the PE credit work?
Elite Academy is scheduled as your athlete's last period of the school day and takes the place of their PE credit — so instead of a standard gym class, they get four days a week of real athletic development. Questions about your school's setup? Email shelby@thebarnetc.com.
How long does the program run?
The school year — September through May. It's a 9-month program that follows your athlete's school schedule. On the School-Year Commitment, monthly payments run through the year with the last payment on May 1.
What's the difference between the two options?
The training is identical. The School-Year Commitment locks in the best rate ($125/mo) in exchange for committing through the school year. Flex ($175/mo) is month-to-month — cancel at month's end, any time.
What happens after September 1?
September 1 is the enrollment deadline for the school-year commitment rate. After that, the Flex membership is still available — or email shelby@thebarnetc.com and we'll see what we can do.
My athlete isn't in 7th–9th grade — what are our options?
We train athletes of every age. Check the fall schedule for our other athlete classes, or see all memberships.
