Designed for athletes ages 10-18, our elite athlete performance training program features classes divided by age group and ability level across three divisions: 10-12 years old, 13-15 years old, and 16-18 years old. While older athletes may join classes intended for younger groups, younger athletes are required to obtain coach approval to participate in classes designed for older age groups.

Each class targets overall athletic performance improvement through a diverse range of training methods, emphasizing speed, agility, plyometrics, and weight training. Programming and progression schedules are uniquely adapted to the developmental stage of each age group and tailored to individual abilities.

Our speed and agility classes are designed for athletes ages 12 and under, emphasizing foundational movement patterns and abilities central to athletic performance. Programming and progression schedules are tailored to the developmental stage of each athlete with an emphasis on speed, agility, and plyometric training methods.

Athletes will regularly engage in competition and testing to track their improvements across various metrics and to understand how these enhancements apply directly to their athletic performance.

Every membership grants unlimited access to Rapid Reboot Compression Therapy, red light sauna, and use of the Hypervolt Massage Therapy Gun.
